Responsibilities
- Assists in preparing monthly Profit & Loss, Balance sheet and Cashflow Statements.
- Enables Monthly MIS with detailed analyses in a time bound manner.
- Ensures timely closure of Month end Activities and Monthly Book closure.
- Handling Direct and Indirect Taxes and liaising with the Tax consultant.
- Key Team member to Handle the Budgeting Activity for the Entity.
- Handle Quarterly & Year End Statutory Audits.
- Uses Accounting software to record transactions & Ensures compliances with applicable GAAP.
- Provide periodic assistance with plant-related commercial operations, Banking and insurance matters.
- Liaising with the Legal Consultants and ensure compliances with all applicable laws in Mexico.
- Leading Process Automation for the areas responsible.
- Assists Financial controller from time to time.
