- Engage clinical departments to analyze financials, assess viability of projects, modelling and adequacy of funding approaches
- Produce visually impactful and insightful departmental reports which include productivity, KPIs, projections and other financial analysis
- Participate in annual budget and projection cycles, work with departments to understand opportunities and risks and develop improvement plans
- Be the institutional lead in the implementation of finance initiatives from MOH.
- Ensure prompt and accurate reporting to ministries for grants and claims and internal financial reports, which includes tracking, submission and reconciliation of claims.
- Support internal cost allocations and other reporting processes
- Deliver continuous process improvements
- Train and develop junior members of the team
