Responsibilities
- Lead finance oversight of the retail mall portfolio managed by an external managing agent, including financial reporting, forecasting, month-end close activities, balance sheet reviews, audit coordination and financial governance.
- Oversee accounting, financial planning and reconciliations for loyalty and rewards programmes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and effective financial stewardship.
- Partner business stakeholders to provide financial insights, analysis and recommendations that support decision-making.
- Lead the end-to-end financial management of non-operating income and expenditure portfolios, including journal postings, forecasting, performance analysis and management reporting, with oversight of key areas such as interest income, taxes, depreciation and capital expenditure.
