  Our client is seeking a Finance Manager responsible for supporting financial consolidation, treasury management, tax compliance, and governance activities. The role ensures adherence to local regulatory requirements and Head Office policies. This position will work closely with the Division Finance Manager to support regional finance operations and strengthen financial governance across the Group.   - Lead the preparation and review of regional consolidated financial statements across subsidiaries.
