We are looking for a commercially-minded Finance Manager to modernise and elevate our finance function. The ideal candidate combines solid technical accounting knowledge with a strong drive for process improvement, automation, and the adoption of AI-driven tools — transforming traditional manual workflows into scalable, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting & FRS Compliance
- Prepare and review annual financial statements in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting, including compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update accounting policies to reflect changes in applicable FRS standards.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage the year-end audit process.
