About Our Client
Our client is an established real estate asset manager looking to hire a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance operations, reporting, audit, tax and cash management. This is a broad role within a lean team, suited to someone comfortable working independently and partnering closely with both finance and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including payments, bank reconciliations, month-end schedules and financial statements
- Review monthly management reports and budget-versus-actual expenses variance analysis
- Lead the statutory audit process and preparation of statutory accounts
