POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for plan, organize and coordinate campus accounts payables, campus payroll expenses, campus Inventory and Cost analysis and general accounting, costs, accounts receivable and fixed assets of two reporting units.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Coordinate and supervise financial activities and record accounting transactions in a timely manner during the month end and year end closures.
+ Coordinate and prepare of the annual budget (Budget) and monitoring the monthly planning (Forecast) analysis.
+ Supervise and monitoring company payroll & expenses by area.
+ Supervise and monitoring Material margin by customer product line.
+ Supervise and monitoring accounts payables due dates and overdue including accruals.
+ Support accomplishment of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
+ Support accomplishment of Internal and External audit.
