Finance Manager

Finance Manager to lead the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial accounting, statutory reporting, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, fixed asset management, internal controls, audit coordination, and business partnering to support the company's operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
• Review intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage the company's insurance portfolio.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet management reports.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and provide financial insights.
