Job Description: Finance Manager
Location: Johannesburg (Full-time, in-office)

Salary: R60 000 – R70 000 CTC per month (negotiable based on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a multinational distribution business operating in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment requiring strong commercial finance leadership, process ownership, and financial control. The role: This is not a traditional accounting-focused Finance Manager role. You will take ownership of the broader finance function, partnering closely with operations while driving reporting, controls, cashflow management, and process improvement across the business.
Responsibilities
- Managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
- Driving operational finance and supporting business decision-making
- Overseeing inventory, warehouse, and distribution finance processes
