• Strategic business partnership: take full ownership of the local finance function, acting as a trusted key partner to the Managing Director and leadership team.
• Comprehensive performance steering: drive all controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and performance steering across collections and channels.
• Actionable financial insights: translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights to support fast and strategic decision-making.
• External partner management: manage and challenge the external accounting provider in Spain to ensure high‑quality and timely financial reporting.
• Cross‑functional interface management: act as the central link connecting the local business, the Group Finance function, and the Shared Service Center (SSC) in Germany.
