Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and analysis for the organization.
• Manage budgeting processes and forecasting.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance.
• Lead and mentor finance team members.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: CPA Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Financial Management, financial planning and forecasting, and SAP.
• Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for remote work; may require overtime during month-end closes.
