Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and analyze P&L across a large retail network, driving insights and performance improvement. Conduct detailed GL analysis and ensure strong adherence to accounting principles Identify financial variances, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions Partner closely with store operations teams for real-time problem-solving and decision support. Execute and oversee critical month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Interpret and validate accounting treatment for complex transactions in line with IND AS, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage audit requirements and queries, ensuring well-prepared schedules, strong documentation, and smooth closure cycles.
