Key Responsibility
1) Hands‑On Finance Operations (Initial Phase)
- Manage full set of accounts independently (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle daily finance operations including:
- Accounts payable (AP)
- Accounts receivable (AR)
- Bank reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end closing
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
2) Finance Structure & Process Setup
- Establish proper finance workflows, SOPs, and internal controls
- Design and standardize:
- Chart of accounts
- Monthly reporting formats
- Budget and forecast templates
- Improve accuracy and discipline in financial data management
3) Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Monitoring
- Lead preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
