Position: Project Finance Manager (Renewable Energy)
Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Support the origination, evaluation, and development of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar opportunities across Malaysia
- Develop and maintain financial models for solar projects, including project feasibility assessments, cash flow forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and investment evaluations
- Conduct financial due diligence, valuation, and risk assessments to support investment and project development decisions
- Support the commercial and business development teams in presenting project financial viability and value propositions to prospective clients and stakeholders
- Evaluate project economics, including IRR, NPV, payback period, savings analysis, and financing structures to ensure commercially viable project outcomes
