Role : Finance Manager (Senior Marketplace Reconciliation & Data Analyst)
This is Bengaluru (on-site) Full-time Role
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes marketplace settlements
NOT category ops, NOT BI dashboards, NOT corporate accounting.
The person who opens a settlement file and spots a short-settlement before their coffee gets cold.
What you'll own:
Sales vs settlement reconciliation at Order ID / SKU level
Expense reconciliation - commissions, shipping, returns, ad deductions
Returns analysis & reconciliation across platforms
Claims & recovery - LIT, switcheroo, damaged/missing inventory, reimbursements
Inventory reconciliation - purchases, receipts, warehouse variances
Receipt reconciliation - payout timelines, missing receipts
Dashboards, MIS, and management reporting across all of the above
