Job Description – Manager Finance & Accounts
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 3–4 years post-qualification experience
Key Responsibilities:-
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial performance
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions
• Analyze key business drivers and provide actionable insights to management
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives
