Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Education & Knowledge
  • Degree in Finance or Accountancy
  • Must be a CPA.
• Experience
  • At least five years of experience in a senior‑level finance or accounting position.
  • Occupied senior manager position of no less than 5 years.
  • Preferably with business acumen in real estate and construction industry.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
