We are looking to hire a Finance Manager II to join our team who would be responsible for on forecasting quarterly tax expense and leveraging these global forecasts to utilize tax attributes for planning purposes.The job will also include managing the Federal and State income compliance process with the assistance of other team members, primarily from our India office, as well as managing and coordinating with team members regarding tax planning associated with the global forecasts, and determining the impacts of discrete events including tax audits, provision to return true-ups, domestic and global legal entity acquisitions, internal restructuring and reorganization, and any other strategic planning.He/She will manage the tax return process, including all required disclosures with the assistance of an external provider and other team members.The work location would be our corporate office in Mexico City and the shift time would be 6:30am - 3:30pm Mexico City time zone and it's a hy...
