Finance Manager (Hybrid)

Our client, a growing and established group involved in construction, manufacturing and related industries, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and support business growth initiatives. 70% Work From Home with approximately 20% Travelling Required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including monthly closing and financial reporting
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and overall financial planning activities
• Oversee banking facilities, payment processes and supplier management
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis and business performance updates for leadership review
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, audit and regulatory matters
