Finance Manager - Funds

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager - Funds for a 21-month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Fund Administration: Overall responsibility for the administration of all aspects of the fund’s operations including the fund’s credit facility (draws, repayments, reporting), preparing all call and distribution notices and handling investor relations (dealing with limited partner inquiries as required).
• Financial Reporting: Overall responsibility for timely and accurate reporting of all financial and management information related to the entities. Prepare quarterly reporting packages for the fund and feeder vehicles, including financial statements, notes, limited partner capital account statements, activity review/accounting issue memo and other analyses. Maintain general ledgers and chart of accounts and process all financial transactions.
