Finance Manager - Funds (Toronto)

Overview

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager – Funds for a 21‑month contract opportunity.

The Finance Manager will manage all aspects of administration and reporting for the client’s fund, working closely with the Director of Fund Administration & Reporting, other Finance Managers, the Controller, Director of Tax, CFO, and investment professionals. The role is supported by a Senior Corporate Accountant and a Finance Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Fund Administration
  • Responsible for the administration of all fund operations including credit facility management (draws, repayments, reporting)
  • Prepare call and distribution notices and handle investor relations, including limited partner inquiries
• Financial Reporting
  • Timely and accurate reporting of financial and management information for the entities
