Lead fund management at Vaco by Highspring as a Finance Manager for a 21-month contract. Oversee financial reporting and administration while collaborating closely with tax, investment, and finance teams.
In this role, you'll manage the fund's administration and ensure accuracy in reporting for multiple partnership vehicles. You will work alongside the Director Fund Administration & Reporting, Controllers, and other finance managers, supported by a Senior Corporate Accountant. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in this contract role aimed at enhancing fund operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administration of fund operations and credit facility
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage quarterly valuation of investments per ASPE
• Plan and coordinate annual audits of partnerships
• Collaborate on income tax and HST compliance
