A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the full finance function, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full finance function
- Ensure statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE, etc.)
- Financial reporting, budgets & cash flow
- Manage debtors, creditors & working capital
- Costing analysis & performance tracking
- Lead and manage finance team
- Oversee Syspro system and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement & cost-saving initiatives
- Stock, WIP & inventory financial control
Requirements
- Degree in Finance / Accounting
- CA(SA) advantageous
- 5+ years financial management experience
