Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the monthly financial close processes
- Ensure all journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately
- Prepare the monthly financial reporting package for the leadership team
- Oversee daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and payroll processing
- Monitor daily cash balances, prepare cash flow projections, and optimize working capital
- Maintain a perpetual state of audit readiness and serve as primary contact for external auditors
- Evaluate finance department workflows and implement process improvements and automations
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
