Knowledge And Skills Requirements

• Education & Knowledge: Degree in Finance or Accountancy, must be a CPA.
• Experience: At least five years in a senior-level finance or accounting position; occupied senior manager position of no less than 5 years; preferably with business acumen in real estate and construction industry; experience in strategic planning and execution; knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles.
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems; knowledge of national and local financial regulations.
