The FP&A Finance Manager is a people‑first finance leader within the Customer Support Organization (CSO), accountable for leading and developing the CSO Finance team while serving as a trusted finance partner to CSO managers and leaders.
This role ensures that the CSO Finance team delivers high‑quality financial planning, analysis, and business partnering support that enables strong decision‑making across service operations. The Finance Manager balances people leadership, financial rigor, and cross‑functional partnership, translating CSO operational plans into financial insight, forecasts, and actions that support customer success and financial performance.
