Overview
We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function within a fast‑growing legal tech / SaaS business.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who wants to step in, take control, and build a best‑in‑class finance function while supporting scale, system improvements, and strategic decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Ownership & Reporting
- Full ownership of the finance function end‑to‑end
- Monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and financial analysis
- Cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls
Systems, Implementation & Transformation
- Lead finance system optimisation (Xero, Dext and related tools)
