Finance Manager, Business Performance

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

• Own the Canadian P&L, including balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close activities, actuals review, business performance analysis, and leadership presentations.
• Lead Canada’s monthly forecasting process by preparing actuals and forecasts on time, coordinating with team members to deliver P&L analysis, commentary, and risks and opportunities.
• Lead Finance support for innovation and brands, including local business cases, brand finance reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Lead regional spend reviews by managing monthly variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting business partners with decisions and forecasts.
• Provide key Finance support for core platforms, ensuring data integrity, data transmission, and end-user adoption across Anaplan, SAP, TM1, and Concur; support reconciliations, approval...
