Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Financial Planning Coordination: support budgets, forecasts, and capital planning
- Track spend versus budget, monitor utilization, and assist in financial planning processes
- Financial Reporting & General Ledger Oversight: maintain the GL and chart of accounts, coordinate reporting, and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards
- Payables, Receivables & Cash Monitoring: oversee invoicing, receivables, and cash activities, ensure timely settlements, liquidity visibility, and effective cash‑flow tracking
- External Auditor Coordination: lead audit coordination, manage documentation, support timely completion of audits, and assist in resolving findings
- Fund Administrator & Custodian Liaison: coordinate with administrators and custodians, ensure reconciliations, and support issue resolution across reporting activities
