Finance Leadership Rotation Program (2-Year)

Link-Worldwide is offering a two-year Leadership Development Program in Finance & Accounting based in Heroica Nogales, Mexico. Participants will rotate through two 12-month assignments in various facilities and functions, gaining leadership experience and presenting to Eaton leaders.

This program welcomes recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or a related field and requires flexibility for relocation. Spanish fluency and demonstrated leadership are plus points.
