Finance Leadership Development Program With Rotations (Xico)

Eaton Corporation is looking for candidates for the Eaton Leadership Development Program in Finance.
This two-year program will include three assignments that allow participants to hone their skills across various finance areas while engaging with senior leaders.
Seeking recent graduates with a Bachelor's in Public Accounting, Finance or similar, participants will experience financial planning, operations finance, and controllership.
Strong leadership and extracurricular involvement are key criteria.
