Finance Leadership Development Program Analyst

Overview

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a 2.5 year global program designed to develop future finance leaders. Participants rotate through three 9‑12 month assignments across J&J finance functions, gaining hands‑on finance, accounting, and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations of 9‑12 months in varied finance functions.
• Apply accounting and financial analysis skills in day‑to‑day work.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior management to identify and drive process improvements.

Training & Development

Prior to program start, participants receive up to six months of on‑the‑job onboarding. Throughout the program, five weeks of formal training is delivered by J&J managers and external instructors covering written and oral presentation, problem‑solving, analytics, and leadership.
