- Lead and manage a team of 5 finance staff, providing guidance, supervision, and review of work
- Oversee full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
- Present financial results and insights to the Board of Directors
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Work with auditors, tax agents, and external professionals as required
- Review and improve finance processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reports
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
