Finance Lead: Reporting, Budgeting & Strategy Partner

Johnson Controls is seeking a Finance Lead in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico, to strengthen financial planning, reporting, controls, and business partnering. You will oversee GAAP-compliant reporting, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow while driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you will partner with operations and finance teams, manage audits and SOX activities, and deliver accurate management information to leadership.
