About the role:
The Finance Lead is a hands-on role combining ownership of core financial processes, including month-end and reporting, with responsibility for delivering key financial initiatives across the group.
The role balances BAU accountability with project delivery, ensuring that financial operations run effectively today while also driving improvements in how financeoperates.
This position requires someone comfortable working in a dynamic environment who can take ownership of both day-to-day financial outputs and change initiatives, from scoping through to execution and embedding sustainable improvements.
