Responsibilities
- Financial Operations Support
- Maintain and update customer master data and commercial conditions.
- Assist in core accounting processes (fixed assets, accounts payable, and receivable) in coordination with shared service teams.
- Support invoicing activities, credit note issuance, and monitoring of outstanding balances.
- Perform basic profitability assessments linked to commercial initiatives and investments.
- Track unbilled revenue and ensure proper accruals are recorded.
- Monitor marketing‑related expenses and corresponding provisions.
- Prepare payment proposals for approval and execution.
- Upload and validate financial data in reporting systems.
Closing & Reporting
- Contribute to month‑end closing activities (accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, etc.).
