Workingclosely with Cost Center owners (Accounts Payable), Wholesale and retail(Accounts Receivable) to ensure swift and accurate financial transactionalprocessing
Responsibilities
- Assist in theprocessing of financial documents, including customer/supplier invoices andinbound payments in SAP.
- Support the Accounts Receivable team in managing the firstline of collections (reminders, statements).
- Assistsuppliers with inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account status.
- Collaboratein the reconciliation and accruals processes.
- Helpwith month-end closing activities according to the communicated schedule.
