Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics , or a related field; CPA with or without MBA is highly preferred .
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience , ideally within a mid-sized or growth-stage company.
- With strong background in cashflow* and *treasury management , financial planning & analysis , and tax management .
- Strong command of financial modeling , accounting standards , and regulatory frameworks .
- Proven ability to lead finance teams and influence cross-functional leadership.
- High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and business judgment.
