The Head of Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of LY Consultancy Inc. This role manages the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The Head of Finance leads budgeting and forecasting processes, monitors cash flow, and provides financial insights to support strategic planning and business decisions. Daily activities include guiding the finance team, reviewing financial controls, coordinating with external auditors and partners, and implementing process improvements to strengthen financial governance. The role also involves advising senior leadership on financial risks and opportunities, helping shape policies that support sustainable growth and profitability.
