Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost reports, expense summaries, and supporting documentation to ensure timely financial reporting and effective cost control
- Support month‑end closing by preparing payroll entries, checking accounting deliverables, and assisting with accrual and prepayment calculations
- Track project expenses, monitor production‑related cash flow, and help maintain accurate financial records for entertainment operations
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register with proper documentation, asset tracking, and supporting records for review
