Duties & Responsibilities
- Participation in the strategic management of the Company
- Accurate reporting to Management and the holding company:
- Includes monthly financial reporting packs to holding company
- Monthly exco pack (including management accounts) ahead of exco meetings;
- Preparation of annual budget, quarterly forecasts, weekly profit forecast, and cash forecasts;
- Related commercial reporting
- Effective management of working capital
- Run external and internal audits
- Manage submission of annual tax returns, monthly VAT returns, and all related tax compliance
