They will lead and manage the category finance team (factory based and shared services), driving a high‑performance culture that delivers on commitments.

- Provide ongoing insightful analysis of actual results compared to plan/target.
- Identify sustainable mitigating plans with the category team to deliver on committed targets within the month while balancing medium‑to‑long‑term strategy.
