The Finance Director leads, directs, develops and manages the financial activities of Mexico including the local finance teams. The role reports to the Finance Director of Emerging International and has a matrix reporting into Mexico’s VP, General Manager. The Finance Director is a key member of the B-F Mx Leadership Team, with responsibility for over $300 million in net sales. Provides advice, counsel and leadership on key business issues to the country manager and his/her management team, including strategy, revenue management, business planning, forecasting, financial controls, business processes, information systems and distribution structures.
