This Finance Director role requires deep expertise in finance management and Microsoft Dynamics to improve financial reporting and data integration. You will oversee accounting functions, provide insights on resource allocation, and actively run projects within an entrepreneurial setting. Collaborative leadership is key as you will advise ownership while building the structure of the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and redesign finance team architecture and processes
• Drive effective use of Microsoft Dynamics for reporting
• Ensure accurate POS to ERP integration across locations
• Oversee month-end close, P&L, and payroll management
• Advise leadership on financial impacts of business initiatives
Requirements:
• CPA designation and 8+ years in finance
