Our client is an established global company in the marine and offshore industry, who is looking to start up a new corporate office in Singapore.
As the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role to deliver critical financial insights to Senior Management.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the full spectrum of general accounting and record of financial transactions
- Prepare and perform consolidation of accounts
- Ensure timely delivery of financial and management reporting of group consolidation, cash flow, budget and forecast.
- Oversee the preparation of key financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Oversee the full controllership ensuring accordance with FRS and financial policies. Oversee yearly financial audits to ensure all local tax filings are completed correctly.
