Finance Controller - Mexico

The Finance Controller – Mexico will oversee Paylocity Mexico’s core accounting and compliance functions including, but not limited to, month-end close, general ledger, internal controls, internal/external reporting, intercompany, compliance, tax, and treasury.

The Finance Controller – Mexico will work closely with US staff members responsible for Mexico accounting, including teams in corporate accounting, accounting operations, and corporate tax. This role will also be heavily involved in coordinating our relationship with our third‑party accounting service provider in Mexico.

Additionally, the Finance Controller – Mexico will provide support for US accounting, help drive projects including major process improvement initiatives, and implementation of new accounting standards.
