Finance Controller

We are seeking a Finance Controller for our group companies to lead financial reporting, governance, and IPO readiness for a fast-growing organisation. The role requires deep expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, ICoFR, RCM, SEBI compliance , and a strong command over audit, MIS, SAP, and cost controls .

Location: Gurgaon

Function: Finance, Accounts, Compliance & Governance

Reports to: CFO / Head of Finance

Experience: 6–12 years (Big 4 + Industry preferred)

Work Schedule: 6 days working (Being 2nd & 4th Sat Off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Ind AS / IFRS financial reporting , monthly close, and statutory compliance.
• Build and manage ICoFR , Risk Control Matrix, and internal control frameworks.
