Finance Controller We are seeking a Finance Controller for our group companies to lead financial reporting, governance, and IPO readiness for a fast-growing organisation. The role requires deep expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, ICoFR, RCM, SEBI compliance, and a strong command over audit, MIS, SAP, and cost controls. Location: Gurgaon Function: Finance, Accounts, Compliance & Governance Reports to: CFO / Head of Finance Experience: 6–12 years (Big 4 + Industry preferred) Work Schedule: 6 days working (Being 2nd & 4th Sat Off) Key Responsibilities: Lead Ind AS / IFRS financial reporting, monthly close, and statutory compliance. Build and manage ICoFR, Risk Control Matrix, and internal control frameworks. Drive statutory, internal, IFC audits and ensure zero noncompliance. Prepare the organisation for IPO : restated financials, SEBI disclosures, governance upgrades, and duediligence support. Lead MIS, FP&A, cost controls, and SAPbased financial processes.
