Finance Controller — Consolidation & M&A Integration

Noatum Logistics is seeking a Finance Controller – Consolidation & M&A Integration in Barcelona. This key role ensures financial integrity and compliance across the Logistics Cluster, emphasizing post-merger integrations and Oracle Fusion implementation.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial controlling and strong expertise in IFRS. Additionally, they will oversee the financial integration of acquisitions and collaborate with various internal teams. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
