Finance Controller: Budgeting, Cost Control & Insights

Republic Cement is seeking an Assistant Finance Controller to partner with plant leadership and drive financial performance, cost control, and data‑driven decision‑making.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting; monitor plant KPIs and variances; ensure accurate product costing and financial analysis; and support Capex tracking while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business results.
